Peel off the skin from garlic & small onions and keep it aside. Take a pan or wok, put the dried turkey berry seeds and fry the sundakkai vathal till it turns dark brown. Steps to make Vathal Kuzhambu (Vathakulambu) Take a kadai, pour oil into it and then add onion & garlic. Fry for 2mins and then kulambu chili powder into it. Add tamarind water and let it boil for some time. When the kulambu starts thickening, add dried turkey berry and boil for about 5mins in medium flame. At last, add jaggery, stir well, switch off and Serve with hot rice.
